Rangrej Pattern
What do we do if we want a skill? We go to college, school to get it. But after going there we realize
that
there we got education but not skill. Education is the first step in acquiring skills. Now what is
education? So to say that a thing is so, or may be so, is education, but to know by repeated study how
it
is, whether it is as it is said, is observation. If a person is doing that thing, then watching him and
trying to see if we can do the same is imitation. When we imitate a person over and over again, we
become
trained. That is, we take training for that work. And all these things are necessary to acquire a skill.
By
studying it again and again, following it to gain proficiency in it, we can become adept at that work by
taking short education.
Now there are two parts of training again. One is to keep doing what a person is doing, that is the
work,
because by seeing a person at work we can imbibe all his qualities. And can continue to do the same
work.
Another is to imitate what a person does, imitating their skills, and studying whether we can make some
changes or improvements in that work, if we can make something different in that work. This allows us to
take that work to a certain height. This is called research. And this research is the root of any
revolution. A colored pattern works in the same way. Through this pattern, every effort is made to
develop
the skills of every student coming to Phoenix.
